Asst. lecturer in the same Universtiy for two and half years. Graduated in 1991 from University of New South Wales, Australia. Master in Food Eng. Invited to Singapore under Lee Kuan Yew (Former Prime Minister of Singapore) Landing Permanent Residence Scheme in 1991 Three and half years working in SISIR(PSB) as Senior Scientific Officer Head hunted by Tetra Pak in 1994 to head the R&D Function for Asia Pacific region. In 1998, head started the Centre of Expertise, Soya and became the Business Development Director, taking charge of global business development till resignation. Resigned in June 2002 from Tetra Pak and started South Natural Pte Ltd in order to develop and commercialize the Concentrated Coconut Juice South Natural Pte Ltd is established in year 2002 in Singapore by Mr Alan Lu. It main business is in producing and marketing it flagship product : South Natural Concentrated Fresh Coconut Juice. South Natural Pte Ltd head office is in Singapore. It has established it production facilities in Malaysia and distribution channel in Guangdong China and it is currently establishing it worldwide distribution network
